17-year-old newspaper columnist canned for patriotism column

Every once in awhile, we newspaper columnists, raging and fulminating at our keyboards, go too far -- we overstate, we gloss over nuance, we generalize unfairly, we give offense we don't intend while trying to be funny or profound, or we otherwise lose our rhetorical way.If we're lucky, we have an editor who saves us. Mohammad Sagha wasn't.

Again thanks Rob, hey can you keep on help'in? several bloggers here in NAPERVILLE ILLINOIS want to push this story even bet-tor. Will you help? I'm a dumb,ignorant trucker just trying to organize this effort with others who are tired of Naperville trying to keep a lid on ANY issue/theme/article THEY think may prove embarrassing to this fine city.In short we want to put this bright young man on the SANJAYA EXPRESS, and give him a NATIONAL platform for his column's. I'm just fishing,but i know howa' couple techies can push the ball so far that'll never see it coming.. looking for cable nrews station to jump on board and get Mr.rising star op-ed analyst into chicago studio on freedom of speech issue.
